Secondly, I've recently discovered that family are very precious and friends come and go, but family are the people who will always stick with you no matter what. So always remember to cherish and love your family, and acknowledge everything they've done for you because you never know when a tragedy might strike and you find yourself regretting everything you did to them, at that point, there's nothing you can do about it.

Finally, losing weight is an incredibly hard thing to do. :( I am still going to try though! I've got another 10 weeks to America I think. Beautiful Abercrombie & Fitch clothes, here I come.
